Cultivation process
- Extraction: Juice is extracted from fresh sugar cane.
- Clarification: The extracted juice is heated to remove impurities.
- Concentration: The clarified juice is boiled until it thickens into a rich syrup.
- Setting: The syrup is poured into moulds and allowed to cool and solidify into jaggery (gur)
Storage Instructions

- Shelf Life: Modak jaggery has a shelf life of 9-12 months.
